Product knowledge and basic customer service can take a sales professional only so far. Coaching starts with a great idea that requires precise execution. Sometimes getting from the idea phase to implementation can seem like a forever task. Our advisors understand how executives often exist in a state of “overwhelm” and how to compartmentalize large tasks and create task-force teams to tackle smaller parts of the bigger picture.

With expert communication strategies and proven action plans at our fingertips, Octant’s team of expert advisors can help your company overcome the “overwhelm” of large projects and create a concise and easy to follow path to success. Once that plan is in play, our advisors are there for you to help guide internal communications and provide the resources your company will need to successfully navigate transformational change.   • Based on the availability of our advisors, we usually try to connect with clients as quickly as possible to assess timelines and fit. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours (if not sooner).

  • Our training is geared towards smaller groups, although accommodations can be made. Our Bootcamp and Pow-Wow sessions are geared to a group of 6-10 participants (minimum 6).

  • Octant’s principals are engrained into our leadership philosophy. We believe that in order to inspire people you must first have their respect. And that respect usually comes from a genuine place of learning and understanding. We strive to help leaders understand the power of positive reinforcement and being connected with all levels of their organization. When a leader can stand beside their employees and understand how and why they operate the way they do, all paths to success are easier to discover.

  • We offer all of our services in-person at the location of your choosing. All travel and accommodations fees are in addition to the cost of the training.

    We do offer distance learning, although our clients have found that in-person provides more impactful results. The cost and content does not differ for either session.

  • Our mentored training and executive advisory programs vary in price, depending on number of participants, duration and other factors.

    Coaching and mentoring rates also vary, but hourly consultations (outside of a predetermined program) are billed on an hourly basis.
