Started in 2020, born out of an executive networking group session, Octant was created to meet the growing demand for innovative solutions to the financial, operational, and cultural challenges faced by today’s leaders. Andrew Leith – President

Andrew is passionate about empowering executives to find the confidence to navigate and execute their leadership strategies in order to deliver clear, consistent results. His expertise in guiding senior leaders in the development and implementation of clearly defined strategies provides improvements to both revenue and operational efficiencies. Furthermore, his experience coaching executives to become more effective leaders and design relevant strategies that create positive impact consistently results in the creation of corporate environments in which employees flourish and enthusiastically contribute to their company’s growth and success.

Andrew’s experience has provided him with a deep toolkit from which to draw impactful frameworks ranging from leadership development and change management strategies to more in-depth sales operations, enablement, and revenue-based initiatives. He has consulted with owners and senior executives in a variety of businesses from start-ups to multi-national corporations that include private, public, and portfolio-based entities. Andrew has also assisted companies working with venture capital, through both mergers and acquisitions. His passion for creating forward thinking revenue strategies has led to world-class outcomes that continue to fuel his passion to help Octant’s clients realize the power of working directly with an advisor.
